C.R.Kennedy & Company Pty Ltd was founded by Clement Robertson Kennedy in Melbourne in 1934[1]. Originally importing cameras and photography related items from Germany and Italy, the company has expanded to included medical devices, surveying instruments, and surveillance systems.
In 2013, the 'Ilford Imaging' brand and trademarks formerly owned by Ilford Photo was purchased by CR Kennedy & Company Pty Ltd and Japan-based Chugai Photo Chemical Company.
