The Cabinet Wagner was the state government of the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate from 8 December 1988 until 21 May 1991. The Cabinet was headed by Minister President Carl-Ludwig Wagner and was formed by the Christian Democratic Union and the Free Democratic Party. On 8 December 1988 Wagner was elected and sworn in as Minister President by the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate.
