Caleb McLaughlin is an American actor and performer, known for his role as Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix Original drama series Stranger Things.
Career
Caleb started performing at a young age, studying dance at The Harlem School of the Arts (HSA).[1] In 2012, McLaughlin made his acting debut with *Noah Dreams of Origami Fortunes*, a short, 10 minute fantasy film, acting the role of Noah.[2] He then made a guest appearance as a nameless "boy" in NBC's detective series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, in the episode "Born Psychopath".[3]
In 2014 he appeared as an unnamed "older brother" in CBS's crime drama series Unforgettable, in the episode New Hundred. He also appears as "Alejandro" in ABC's fantasy crime drama Forever in the episode "The Pugilist Break".[4] In 2016, he starred as Jay-Jay in several episodes of Shades of Blue.[5] McLaughlin plays one of the lead roles in Netflix's hit, coming-of-age, supernatural drama series Stranger Things.[6][7]
