Caleb Quincy Shaffer

Caleb Quincy Shaffer was born in 1818 in Centre County Pennsylvania. ^[1] He died on the night of December 17th 1862. Not much is known about him. He is listed as a Co-founder of the Monroe Furnace along side James Irvin (politician)
