call4care is a Dutch Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that recently became Happybel, and began in the Netherlands in 2003 as a joint product of Stichting Call4Care foundation and Dutch MVNE MEC Solutions BV, using the Telfort (and later KPN) mobile network. The MVNO generates 100% of its profits for charity in partnership with global charities including Kidrights.nl and www.sundayfoundation.nl
