Call Connection is a call handling centre based in Ipswich, Suffolk, filtering calls to find suitable general and car insurance[1] options.
Reputation[edit]
The company ranked 52nd in The Times "100 best places to work, 2007" and 54th in 2008.[2] Employee job satisfaction is rated amongst the highest in the town.
Services[edit]
The company offer unique call filtering service where they take a callers information to find the most suitable insurance companies, they then transfer the shopper through to the companies for a quotation. Some notable companies they work with include Aviva Swinton, More Than and Admiral.
CallConnection also trade as Tiger.co.uk which is an independent car insurance comparison website.
Community support[edit]
The managing director, Graeme Kalbraier, also offered a reward of £50,000 from the company for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in the Ipswich Murders case.[3]
