Callisto Nerayo
Callisto Nerayo - scientist-nutritionist, was born on August 7, 1971, in a family of the official of the city municipality of Florence, Enrique Nerayo, and his spouse, bank employee Anita. In 1993, he graduated from The Florentine University from the faculty of mathematical, physical, and natural sciences.
After university, he steeped in studying dietology. In 2003, he founded the “Vaggio” company dealing mainly with dietology. After the foundation of Vaggio and a thorough eight-year research connected with extensive travel to North America, Europe, and Asia, the Italian scientist-nutritionist Callisto Nerayo identified the composition of water, ideal in mineral structure and a set of minerals, for the health of hair, nails, and skin, in seven sources.
In 2008, he was invited to Moscow as a participant of the All-Russian Congress of nutritionists.[1]
In 2014, Callisto Nerayo was invited as a scientific consultant to the XV International Congress of nutritionists and nutritsiologists in Moscow from December 4 to December 6, 2014.[2]
Callisto Nerayo participated in the XVI All-Russian Congress of nutritionists and nutritsiologists "Fundamental and applied aspects of science of nutrition and dietology. Quality of food" which took place in Moscow from June 2 to June 4, 2016.[3]
