Calvin Hamilton (born June 8, 1999) is an American entrepreneur and speaker. First known as being the "Social Media Analyst" for Gary Vaynerchuk, a Belarusian American entrepreneur, author, and speaker, Hamilton is best known for his work in digital marketing and personal branding as the CEO and Co-Founder of ASPIRE IV, a New York-based marketing firm, established in 2019.[1]
Early Life
Hamilton was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where he spent his life up until the age of 18. After graduating from Phoenix Country Day School (high school) in June of 2017, Hamilton moved to New York, New York to work for Gary Vaynerchuk, the CEO and Chairman of VaynerX.[2] Hamilton did not attend university.

After graduating high school in 2017, Hamilton got a job working for Gary Vaynerchuk as a Social Media Analyst. At the company, Hamilton was responsible for helping oversee online content distribution processes for Vaynerchuk's personal brand, "GaryVee". Outside of his work on Vaynerchuk's team, Hamilton worked with VaynerMedia clients such as Apple, JPMorgan Chase, and PepsiCo. In March 2019, Hamilton stepped away from his role at VaynerMedia to build Iris Rose & Co., a social media marketing agency he co-founded with his former business partner, Iris Chen in 2019.[3]

In 2019, Calvin, along with his business partner Iris Chen, founded Iris Rose & Co., a female-centric social media marketing agency. Shortly after its founding, the executive decision was made to transition away from being female-centric and move more towards the mass market. The company provides social media and strategy services to individuals and brands such as Daymond John, Jim Kwik, and Duke Spirits. After six months of working at the company as the COO, Hamilton decided to leave the organization due to professional differences with the CEO; ultimately resulting in the creation of his new marketing firm, ASPIRE IV.[4]
ASPIRE IV
In 2019, Hamilton co-founded ASPIRE IV alongside his business partner Marvin Sanginès. ASPIRE IV is a New York-based marketing firm that works with entrepreneurs, executives, and real estate agents in growing their online presence on social media. The company provides digital marketing services to individuals such as Ryan Serhant and his online-course, Sell It Like Serhant.[5]
