Cameron Ashplant is an actor and director from Guernsey.[1]

The Balkans[edit]
Cameron is known for presenting the Balkans (2020 TV series), as well as being one of the writers and directors for this high rated Amazon Prime show. The three-part series was produced by the production company he co-founded and co-directs.[2]

Missing Relik[edit]
Ashplant plays the part of Martin, a bodyguard sent to retrieve Relik. A film by Mehzeb Chowdhury, released in summer 2020.[3]
Theatre[edit]
His professional theatre credits include working on An Inspector Calls at the Theatre Royal Newcastle[4] and playing Ralph in Lord of the Flies at the Gala Theatre [5]. Cameron has been a member of the National Youth Theatre since 2018, performing in 'Heaven on Earth' at Goldsmiths Theatre, London. [6]
Cameron has performed in amateur performances for 15 years, in student theatre at Durham University and at home in Guernsey. He won a medal for his home island at the Dance World Cup, competing at 4 of these competitions in Jersey 2009, Paris 2011, Brighton 2013 and Jersey 2016.[7]
