Cameron David Lindsay Walker (born 21st October 1996) is a British television journalist based in London, England. He currently works as an output researcher for ITV's Good Morning Britain..[1]

He was educated at the King's School Worcester, an independent day school in Worcestershire, where he completed GCSE's and A-Levels between 2008 and 2015.[2]

Cameron was a keen actor and performer in his youth, and trained at Playbox Theatre Company in Warwickshire for 15 years [3].

He studied an undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism at Nottingham Trent University[4] from 2015 to 2018. He persuaded editors and producers to give him work experience and freelance work during his time at university - something, he says, helped get his foot in the door of the industry [5]. He also sang in the university's Chamber Choir and was awarded second prize in the university’s vocal competition in 2017 [6]

Cameron began his career with ITV News in 2018, beating off over 1,000 people to bag one of twelve places on the traineeship [4]. He spent 10 months in the Channel Islands, working for ITV Channel Television, learning to produce and present news bulletins.

After the traineeship, he was offered a job as a researcher for ITV's breakfast programme Good Morning Britain, fronted by Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.[1]
