The Canada Super 60 is a professional T10 cricket competition played in Canada. The tournament was launched in 2025 and features men's and women's competitions using a 60-ball-per-innings format. The inaugural edition was held from 8 to 13 October 2025 at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia.[1]
The men's competition features six city-based franchises composed of Canadian and international players. Brampton Blitz won the inaugural men's championship, while Toronto Sixers Women won the inaugural women's competition.[2][3]
The league stages men's and women's competitions and is played using a 60-ball-per-innings format. Brampton Blitz won the inaugural men's championship, defeating Montreal Royal Tigers in the final.[2]
History
The Canada Super 60 was introduced in 2025 as a short-format franchise cricket competition. The inaugural tournament was staged at BC Place, a multipurpose stadium in downtown Vancouver. It marked the introduction of a professional T10 competition to Western Canada.
The competition was established during a period of growing participation and interest in cricket across Canada. Reuters reported in October 2025 that cricket participation was increasing across the country, driven in part by communities with roots in South Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.[4]
Former Indian international cricketer Yuvraj Singh has been associated with the promotion of the competition.[5]
Competition format
Canada Super 60 matches use the T10 format, with each team receiving a maximum of ten overs, or 60 legal deliveries, per innings. The inaugural men's competition consisted of a round-robin stage followed by semifinals and a final.[6]

- Montreal Royal Tigers
- Toronto Sixers
- Vancouver Kings

Seasons
2025
The inaugural season was played at BC Place from 8 to 13 October 2025. Six men's franchises participated in the competition, with Canadian players competing alongside international cricketers.[1]
Brampton Blitz defeated Montreal Royal Tigers in the final. Montreal were dismissed for 69 before Brampton reached 70 for two to win by eight wickets.[2]

Women's competition
Canada Super 60 includes a women's competition alongside the men's tournament. The inaugural women's competition was held at BC Place in October 2025 and featured Toronto Sixers Women and Vancouver Thunderbirds Women.[3]
The teams played three matches using the 60-ball format. Toronto Sixers Women won two of the three matches to become the inaugural women's champions.[3]
