CanvasJS
CanvasJS Charts is an HTML5 Canvas based Charting library that runs across devices and browsers. It has 10x better performance compared to traditional SVG charting Libraries. This allows you to create rich dashboards that work across devices without compromising on maintainability or functionality of your web application.
Background
CanvasJS is a product developed by Fenopix and was first demonstrated and conceived in 2013[1]. In an interview with Srinivas Kulkarni from ZDNet[2] Sunil Urs, founder of Fenopix, said he got this idea as there were many analytics tools that were still flash based, which made him think of making something faster.
Fenopix is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. While the company is based in Bengaluru, the product is used globally by companies like NASA, Microsoft, Apple, Intel, Boeing, BMW, Samsung, Motorola, VMWare, and the list goes on (as mentioned on their website).
