The Captain of the Secret Base Openweight Tag Team Championship (キャプテン・オブ・ザ・シークレットベース無差別級タッグ王座 Kyaputen Obu Za Shīkurettobēsu Musabetsu-kyū Taggu Ōza) is a professional wrestling championship owned by the Secret Base promotion.
History[edit]
Inaugural championship tournament[edit]
In early 2016, the creation of the Captain of the Secret Base Openweight Tag Team Championship was announced. The first champions would be crowned by winning a single-elimination tournament. This tournament ran from March 27 to May 15, 2016 and featured 8 tag teams.[1]

Second championship tournament[edit]
On February 19, 2017, it was announced that due to his injuries, Fukuda wouldn't be able to defend the championship in the events to come. Therefore, the title was vacated and a tournament was announced.[8] This tournament ran from March to April and saw Go and Amigo Suzuki win the championship in the finals.

Tetsuhiro Kuroda and Ferist are the current champions in their first reign (both individually and as a team). They won the title by defeating Amigo Suzuki and Go on August 19, 2018 in Tokyo, Japan at the Secret Base Secret Midsummer Daydream event.
