Carbyne is a contact center & data platform that aggregates data from NG911 sources into a single system.[1][2][3]
History[edit]
Carbyne was founded by Amir Elichai in 2014, the inspiration for which came from his personal experience involving 911.[4][5][6]
Carbyne was previously known as Reporty[7] and has raised $72 million funding.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
Ehud Barak, former Prime Minister of Israel, served as chairman of Carbyne.[8][15]
In 2015, the company offered services through an app "C-Now".[16][11][17][18][19][20][21]
In 2018, the company released the product named "C-Lite" that connects directly to 911 services which lets PSAP's (Public Safety Answering Point)[22][23] to send links at the time of emergency.[8][10][24]
The company's cloud-based platforms are designed to create live collaboration and interoperability to facilitate live call management between callers, emergency telecommunicators, health agencies, nurses and hospitals.[25]
