Carlos Veras was born in the city of Salcedo in the Dominican Republic on December 5, 1982. Carlos always had an interest in art, but it wasn t until he went to the fine arts school in Santiago (Escuela de Bellas Artes de Santiago) that his hobby blossomed and matured to what it is today. He participated in different national and internaional projects as for example Ruta de los Murales de la provincia Hermanas Mirabal (Route of the Murals of the province Hermanas Mirabal, Dominican Republic). Moreover he was included in the first group of artists from MARHMI to come to the United States and has since returned to work with the Global Leadership Institute in recent years.
