Carol Byron
Carol Byron (born 24 June 1937) was an American television and film actress, active in the 1950s and 1960s.
She was born in San Marcos, California, USA on 24 June 1937. Her early entertainment career began with small character parts in television with an appearance on The Red Skelton Show in 1951.
As she continued to work in television on shows like The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet (1952), Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone (1959), The Many Loves Of Dobie Gillis (1959) and more. During 1958-1959 Carol Byron and the actor Eric Fleming were romantically involved and then became good friends. Eric Fleming was working on the television show Rawhide (1958) during this time.
Her first role in a motion picture was Where The Boys Are (1960) playing the role of Sybil. Her second role in movies was in The Prize (1963) starring Paul Newman and Elke Sommer. Her third movie role was Big Sister the security supervisor for a time traveling spy in Dimension 5 (1966). Her final movie role was in Fireball 500 (1966).
Byron lives in Palm Springs, California.
