Carol Sanford
Carol Sanford is an American author, business educator, designer of membership communities and Senior Fellow of social innovation at Babson College. She is the founder and designer of The Regenerative Business Development Community and Seed-Caommunites.com for Change Agents.[1]

Education
Sanford holds a bachelor of arts in political philosophy and economic from University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.[2][3]
Career
Sanford designs and leads education membership communities with five decades of working experience. Including as a business owner, she has created regenerative business practices with companies and organizations such as Google, DuPont, Intel, P&G, and Seventh Generation, where she educated them to develop their people and ensure a progressive stream of innovations producing financial and market growth.[4][5][6]
She served in the University of Washington, Bothell, as founder, director, lead faculty, of the responsible business executive education program. She is the producer and host at Business Second Opinion, Positive Contrarian Journal, The Regenerative Business & The Responsible Capitalist Podcasts, and Annual Events “The Regenerative Business Summit” and “The Regenerative Life Summit.”[7][8]
She is the founder, CEO, and designer of The Regenerative Business Development Community and Change Agent Development Community.[9][10]
