Carolina Cermelli (born 31 January 2001) is a Panamanian swimmer. She competed in the women's 50 metre backstroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships.[1][2] In 2018, she competed in the girls' 50 metre backstroke event at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.[3] She did not qualify to compete in the semi-finals.[3]
