Caroline Shola Arewa (born 28 March 1959) is a British author, humanistic psychologist and wellness coach.[1] Her areas of expertise include Chakra, Yoga, Spirituality.
Career[edit]
Shola was a regular speaker on Energy and the Chakras at the Mind Body Spirit Festival in London speaking between the years 1996 – 2011.[2] Shola was a guest speaker at Coventry Business School.[3]
From 1992 until 2008, she introduced Yoga and Personal Development to inmates in HM Prison Brixton, working closely with the The Prison Phoenix Trust to support rehabilitation in prisoners.[4]
In 2011, she starred in Yogawoman.[5][6]
Talks[edit]
In 2016, Shola was the speaker for the inaugural BYTA (Black yoga teachers Alliance)[7] at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.[8]
