Carpet Tiles come in several sizes, colors and styles. They are fairly easy to install and hold up well in in both residential and commercial spaces. Common areas that carpet tiles are installed are: office buildings, hotels, banquet halls, retail shops, basements and covered patios. They can be installed with carpet tile tape (double sided) or pressure sensitive adhesive. They come with either polypropylene, rubber or a felt backing. Many people install carpet tiles themselves because they are DIY friendly and easy to transport to your construction space because of their smaller size. Carpet Tiles can be installed over concrete, wood, vinyl and tile flooring.

The main brands that manufacture commercial grade carpet tiles are:

MoHawk, Shaw, Interface, Mannington, J&J, FLOR, Milliken, and Kinetix.

The typical sizes of carpet tiles are:

24" x 24" , 19.69" x 19.69" (Interface) , 6" x 36" , 9.84" x 39" , 36" x 36" (Interface) , 12" x 48"
