Carroll Management Group
Carroll Management Group provides best-in-class property management services to Carroll Organization's clients and investors. As the operating arm of Carroll, it provides clients and investment partners with a platform to increase the value of their real estate assets.[1]
Carroll hires managers, site employees, and regional teams in our markets. It also supports all onsite management through a shared services model at its corporate office for human resources, construction, IT, marketing, and accounting.
In 2018, Carroll Management Group relaunched its ARIUM brand to demonstrate a renewed commitment to the residents who call one of the over 100 Carroll communities home.[2]
Acquisitions[edit]
- In December of 2017, Carroll Management Group acquired a 28-property portfolio that included 8,578 units across the Southeast, marking the 4th largest multifamily acquisition in 2017.[3]
- April 2018, Carroll Management Group acquired 4 properties in Southeast Florida.[4]
- May 2018, Carroll acquired 1 property in Houston.[5]
- August 2018, Carroll acquired 1 property in Houston.[6]
- September 2018, Carroll acquired 3 properties in Charleston.[7]
