Casey Layne Hammer (born September 21, 1960), is an American author, speaker, writer, and advocate for victims of abuse. She is the granddaughter of industrialist and philanthropist Dr. Armand Hammer. Hammer is best known for her House of Hammer docuseries on HBOMAX and Discovery+, which premiered in September 2022 and highlights her family's history of multi-generational abuse and their influence on Hollywood. She has also authored a memoir, Surviving My Birthright - The Authorized Version about her experiences growing up in the Hammer family.

Prior to her career in media, Hammer worked for five years as a kitchen and bath designer at the Home Depot Design Center in San Diego. She is also a Feng Shui Practitioner, and owns Dragon Devas Feng Shui Consulting, where she offers consultations and workshops on the ancient Chinese practice. She is currently working at Ethan Allen as an Interior Designer.

Hammer has been featured in various media outlets, including Vanity Fair’s May 2021 issue, the in-depth expose on Armie Hammer: The Rise and Fall of the House of Hammer, and has given over 150 interviews internationally representing Discovery+ after the premiere of House of Hammer. Her main purpose in life is to empower victims and survivors by sharing her story and helping them heal.
