Cashaa is a business banking platform headquartered in London, UK, founded by Kumar Gaurav.^[1]^[2] and Janina Lowisz^[3].

History

Cashaa initially was focused on using cryptocurrency for remittance with an easy way to pay in and cash out^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]. After a few months of testing in 2017^[9], the company realised the issues of businesses in the cryptocurrency sphere, which frequently have been struggling to obtain a bank account^[10]^[11]. Cashaa decided to expand its services and reach, and during 2018, built its banking platform, which was launched in April 2019^[12].

Products

Cashaa provides UK current accounts, MasterCards and multisig cryptocurrency wallets^[13].

Cashaa accounts enable SWIFT money transfers, Faster Payments System, exchanging Bitcoin and altcoins with fiat currencies to any bank account in over 200 countries worldwide, limits of up to 1 Billion GBP and enable businesses to issue an unlimited amount of IBANs to their own users. In April 2019, Cashaa started offering plans targeting various business types^[14], as well as the ability to buy cryptocurrency using credit and debit cards^[15]^[16].
