Castle of Dragon, known as Dragon Unit (ドラゴンユニット Doragon Yunitto) in Japan, is a 1989 side-scrolling action game for the arcades, produced by Athena Co., which was ported in 1990 to Nintendo Entertainment System with its gameplay and graphics being significantly modified to suit the abilities of the video game console.
Plot[edit]
The Dragon Master, Darklarza, has been terrorizing the kingdom for many years. The king was forced into exile by this threat. He retreated, with the bravest knight in the kingdom, named Geraden. Darklarza stages an attack on the king's fortress, breaks in and manages to abduct the royal princess. Geraden sets off to vanquish Darklarza and rescue the princess.[1]
