The company is based in Melbourne, Australia.[2] As of August 2016, the company has more than 25 caterer partners across Australia including catering businesses, cafes, restaurants and food trucks.[3]

Based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, Caternow was founded by Divyesh Amipara in May 2016.[4] Same month Caternow was exhibited in CeBIT Australia 2016.[5]
