Cecil Garber IV (born November 3, 1992) is a professional rugby union player (6'1" 230lbs) who plays flanker for the Houston SaberCats of Major League Rugby. He previously played with the San Diego Breakers in the North American PRO Rugby competition where he led the league in tackles.[1] Garber is the team's top tackler during San Diego's 2016 season.[2] Garber is originally from Virginia Beach, VA.[3] Before playing for San Diego in PRO Rugby, Garber played for the Norfolk Blues in Virginia and for the Seattle Saracens. Garber also played for the Washington DC team in the 2014 Elite City 7s qualifier for the World Club 7s.[4]
