Celious

Celious is a search engine that only targets Swedish websites (.se and .nu TLD). The purpose is for Sweden to become less reliant on foreign countries’ services, such as Google, Bing, Yandex, et cetera, after numerous incidents have come forward such as the censorship by Google and ranking manipulation and misuse of search results as covered on Criticism of Google.

As covered in the newspaper article tar upp kampen med Google - har skapat egen sökmotor the search engine is still in a beta phase. But the founder Emil Kylander has plans on expanding within the following years.
