Celvin Walwyn
Celvin Geron Walwyn is an American law enforcement executive, author, pastor, private investigator, and academic. He is the founder and Executive Director of Integrity Assessments Investigations (IAI), a Texas-licensed private investigations firm, and is a former International Police Commissioner of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University, earned Summa Cum Laude.
Early Life and Education
Walwyn was born in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and immigrated to St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands at the age of 13. He later relocated to Houston, Texas. As a teenager, he served as a Virgin Islands Police Pre-Cadet Law Enforcement Explorer. He attended Central High School and the College of the Virgin Islands.

IAI operates as a CJA Panel Vendor for the Southern District of Texas, Harris County, and Fort Bend County, providing criminal defense investigative services for indigent defendants in capital and complex cases.
