Centennial Real Estate Management LLC is an American commercial real estate company. As of 2026, the company oversees 24 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties.[1]

History

Centennial founded by Steven Levin in Dallas, TX, in 1997, began by acquiring five open-air centers in Texas. The company proceeded to acquire it's first enclosed mall in 2002, the Lufkin Mall, in Lufkin, Texas. The company would further expand its portfolio in 2015, acquiring five malls from the Westfield Corporation for $1.1 billion.[2] In 2024, Centennial, in partnership with Atlas Hill RE, acquired the Annapolis Mall from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. During their 18 month ownership period, the partnership completed a repositioning of the property, signing on 300,000+ square feet of new leases and adding two new anchor tenants. As of 2026, Centennial manages 37 properties in 18 states and maintains 300 employees.
