Introduction

The Center for Healthy Minds, abbreviated as "CHM" and often shortened to "The Center" is a non-profit research organization located in Madison, Wisconsin. Founded in 2003 by Richard J. Davidson and formerly known as the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds, CHM is affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison. CHM is regarded as an international leader in research concerning cognitive-affective states and the impact of meditation and mindfulness. Richard J.
