The Center for Political Technologies (CPT) is one of the oldest independent think-tanks in Russia. Qualifications of the CPT team combine diverse areas and expertise, including politics, sociology, psychology, public relations, marketing, and advertising.

CPT has a permanent staff of 70 people working in 13 departments, led by Dr. Igor Bunin. It also attracts part-time experts "on project basis".

Clients of the Center include a number of governmental organizations and NGOs, as well as a number of domestic and international commercial groups.

CPT also maintains a website of political commentaries Politcom.Ru (in Russian).
