Gabriel Beaune-Hirata, (born 16 May, 2010), known by his stage name Turbo Ivy (Stylized in all caps), is a multi-genre based in Oregon. He is a pretty small artist with only about 50 followers on SoundCloud from the west side of the U.S. known for his gruesome & edgy lyrics. Ivy sometimes makes songs about his mental health struggles as well such as "WTF!?" & "would you rather?". Despite his young age, Ivy has made a ton of songs more about gruesome topics and has also made tons of diss tracks on different people.

Early Life and Background

Turbo Ivy was born in Bend, Oregon, USA, as Gabriel Beaune-Hirata. Growing up, Ivy was drawn to horrorcore and rap music, finding inspiration in artists like Lil Darkie, JOHNNASCUS, Ski Mask The Slump God and CRAIG SCISSORHANDS. His passion for making music began at an early age, and he started writing and recording his own songs by the age of 12 under the name Rancherzz, making songs with the sound of XXXTENTACION and Lil Peep. In Late-2023, Ivy changed from Rancherzz to Lil Ch3mix were he did songs with the sound of Lil Darkie. This is where he met DEADK1NG and SKULLBOY and they started making tons of songs together, eventually after making songs, Ivy joined their group "SPED GANG". In December of 2023, Ivy changed his name again from Lil Ch3mix to Lil Dirtee. From that point, he had multiple names throughout his career such as Yubi Wheel, TRIXER KLAUSS, and cokeain (Pronounced Cocaine), and Erubus The Five Foot King. In Early to Mid-2024 Ivy had officialy changed his name for good from Erubus The Five Foot King to Turbo Ivy. In Mid to late 2024, Ivy had swtiched his sound from Horrorcore to Torturecore, he did this because he said "Torturecore means a lot more to me cause I've met a lot of friends that do torturecore and screaming really lets me let out my emotions."

Changing from "Erubus The Five Foot King" to "TURBO IVY"

On 9 December, 2024. Turbo Ivy had announced he changed his name from Erubus The Five Foot King to TURBO IVY. The reason of this sudden name change was due to him and his problems with DistroKid, the website he used to upload his music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc. DistroKid was going through some deep controversy and was also called the "Worst Distrobution service ever". Ivy claims that DistroKid would make a new Apple Music artist page for each upload. Ivy uses Ditto for uploading music now.

Musical Career

Rise to Fame

Ivy's rise to fame can be attributed to his gruesome and introspective lyrics. At the age of 14, he gained widespread attention with his single, "MAKE IT RAIN! MAKE IT RAIN!" which was a song about murder and making it (Money) rain in a strip club. It was Ivy's first song doing a CRAIG SCISSORHANDS sound.

Breakthrough: "LEAP"

On 9 June, 2024, Ivy released "LEAP" at the age of 14. The most popular song using the Ski Mask The Slump God sound.

Beef with SPED GANG & W4VEFORM

In early to late 2023, Turbo Ivy and is best friend PHANT0M who as well makes music with him, started beef with music group SPED GANG founded by Horrorcore artists DEADK1NG & SKULLBOY. They started off with diss tracks such as "RAPISTS = NO NO" by Turbo Ivy (Known as Lil Dirtee during the time of release), and "TRASH BAG" also by Ivy. Then, PHANT0M (Known as CL0N$ER during beef and then switched to R4TICS around the end of the beef) released 2 diss tracks with Ivy. All these songs except RAPISTS = NO NO is now lost media including all of PHANT0M's disses. After the diss "TRASH BAG" is when they switched to comments on the disses roasting and saying threats to each other. 5 months after the beef ended, PHANT0M started beef with W4VEFORM and dragged Ivy in the beef. Ivy had just done a song with BLAMMO (a friend of W4VEFORM) titled "YOU ARE AN IDIOT". 3 weeks into the beef, Ivy had deleted the song with BLAMMO due to the beef. A week after deleting the song, the beef ended because W4VEFORM started ghosting Ivy & PHANT0M. On 3 August, 2024, Ivy & PHANT0M decided to bring the beef back with their collab diss track "FALLENFORM!" with two beat switches and brutal/gruesome lyrics. W4VEFORM & BLAMMO have changed their names to "fallenwing" & "gorenet". As of 20 August, 2024, W4VEFORM and BLAMMO have yet to respond.

Torturecore duo BLVNT FXRCE TRAVMA

On 3 April, 2024 Turbo Ivy and his friend RAVEN (formerly r✫ven) created a Torturecore duo BLVNT FXRCE TRAVMA and released their first song "IMPOSTER" on 17 May, 2024, one day after Ivy's birthday. As of 21 August, 2024, BLVNT FXRCE TRAVMA hasn't released any new music since REND MY FLESH or any new album.
