Chai

Chai is the Indian variation of tea. In India, it is commonly taken with cream, unlike the European variants of black tea. with slight hints of different kinds of spices, it is not only a refreshing evening drink, but it has additional health benefits also. Green tea is also taken, along with honey or lemon. In winter, commonly jaggery or Gur is added to tea instead of sugar[1]
