Reception[edit]
Stewart Wieck reviewed Character Creator for White Wolf #14, rating it 4 overall, and stated that "Many character creating computer programs have become available over the last several years. Personally, I have never really been interested in such game aids. This is why SandBar's "Character Creator" came as such a surprise to me. I had never imagined such a program being capable of such non-glitz functionalism as this program."[1]
