Charles Clark
Charlie Clark (author and journalist)[edit]
Charlie Clark is an author and journalist known for his "Our Man in Arlington" column in the Falls Church News-Press.[1] He has written several books, including two on the history of Arlington, Virginia.[2]
Life and Career
Clark has spent most of his life living in Arlington and frequently speaks on Arlington history.[3] In 2015, he received the Cornelia B. Rose Lifetime Achievement Award from the Arlington Historical Society.[4] He is a graduate of Yorktown High School and McGill University. He is a senior correspondent for Government Executive, and been on staff at The Washington Post, Congressional Quarterly, National Journal, Time-Life Books, Tax Analysts, the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, and the National Center on Education and the Economy.[5]
