Charles Krauthaumer
Charles Krauthammer was born to Ashkenazi Jews, trained as a psychiatrist, headed the National Institute of Mental Health under Jimmy Carter, volunteered for Walter Mondale when he ran for President of the United States in 1984, worked as a journalist for The New Republic but then became more of a libertarian after reading books by Thomas Sowell, Charles Murray, Heather Macdonald and Robert Nozick, and then decided that he wasn’t a libertarian but a Conservative and joined the Republican Party of the United States. In 2016, Krauthammer supported the Never Trump Movement. Krauthammer died in 2018.
