Charles Rumbino (born October 5, 1994), is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga 2 club PSBS Biak.[2]

Perseru Serui
He was signed for Perseru Serui to play in Indonesia Soccer Championship A in 2016.
PSBS Biak
He was signed for PSBS Biak to play in Liga 2 in 2017. He made his first Liga 2 appearance on July 11, 2017, coming on as a starter in a 3–2 win against Persigubin Pegunungan Bintang at the Gelora Delta Stadium. [3]
