June Cheryl "Chaye" A. Cabal-Revilla born June 28, 1973 in Muntinlupa city is the child of Leyte government officials Elpidio Cabal Jr. and Betty Cabal[1] , a graduate of Bachelor of Science In Accountancy at De La Salle University at the age of 19. Chaye was an outstanding alumni of: De La Salle University She started her work at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. as Audit & Business Advisory Senior Associate handling PLDT SEC approval for public offerings. She took her Master in Business Management under Asian Institute of Management Majoring in Finance with her paper on Distinction Management Research Report: Property Privatization To Finance In Part The Philippine Army Modernization Program.[2] She was a Triple A award by the Federation of the Asian Institute of Management Alumni Associations, Inc.[3]
In June 2000 She became Senior Vice President and Controller for PLDT Inc. and came to be the first company in Asia to implement the International Financial Reporting Standard IFRS15.[4]
In April 2006 She was the treasurer for PLDT-Smart Foundation is the social outreach arm of PLDT Inc.
In 2007 She founded Gabay Guro as the biggest education advocacy program.[3]
In 2013 She became the Chief Financial Officer for Cignal TV Inc. turning a fast growing unprofitable organization into profit for the first time in its existence through fiduciary measures.
Chaye is an Appointed Member of the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines, similar to the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the USA.[3]
She was a TOYM awardee in 2013 and now the President of The Outstanding Young Men Foundation.[3]
In 2015 She joined Smart Telecom as Chief Financial Officer and adopted SAP HANA and Anaplan providing real time and accurate financials.
In 2020 She retired from PLDT as Chief Financial Officer for Smart communications and senior vice president/group controller and chief sustainability officer from PLDT for 2 decade of service.[5]
She currently holds the post of Executive Director, Chief Finance Officer, Chief sustainability officer and chief Risk Officer for Metro Pacific.[6] She proposed as a project mWell, an all-in-one app meticulously created for the Filipino’s holistic well-being, providing professional consultations, wellness programs, products and delivery services.[7]
