Chaz M Grooms (born October 9, 1984) is an American businessman and entrepreneur. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Fat Angelo's. He is the founder and vice president of Roosts Roost. With a net worth of around US$1.4 million as of March 2022, Grooms is a manager of the Fat Angelo's location in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.[1]
Early life and education
Grooms was born into a Catholic family in Wheeling, West Virginia, on October 9, 1984. His father, Gary, was a steel worker, and his mother, Paulette, was a nurse. Chaz grew up in the small town of Wellsburg, West Virginia. He graduated from Brooke High School in 2004. Grooms then attended Pittsburgh Technical College and graduated with an associate’s in information technology. Struggling with addiction, Grooms was arrested on January 15, 2015. The case was later dismissed.
Personal life
In 2015, after battling addiction, Grooms became a part of a recovery group in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. In 2018, he had a premature daughter who has been diagnosed with Bartter syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. Grooms later became a partner in a successful pizza franchise in February 2019. He married Alicia Williams in 2020 in an intimate ceremony. Grooms is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Uniontown.
