Product[edit]

CheckMarket's main product is a web-based survey tool.[4] The tool uses data centers in three regions: US, EU, Asia. Users can specify in which region their data is stored.

Unlimited users, role-based security, two-step verification, always on https are standard for every account. CheckMarket has integrations with SalesForce and Zendesk.[5] There is a survey API to create custom integrations. Notifications can be set based on responses and other meta-data. For instance, if a respondent is unsatisfied, an email or SMS can be sent, a Zendesk ticket created, a SalesForce lead created, etc.[6]

The survey tool is multilingual.[7] It works in 40 languages including right-to-left languages. There is an import/export translation function. It respects date, number and delimiter formats. It is paper size aware when generating reports.
