Chef Saadat Siddiqi is one of the most prominent names in the field of culinary in Pakistan. He is known for his culinary ventures in National ka Pakistan & his show "Riwayaton ki Lazat" on ARY Zauq.[1][2]
Career[edit]
His initial professional development & experience started from Austrailia in 1989, working for a fast-food chain. He moved back to Pakistan & worked as a Management Trainee at Sheraton Hotel after which he worked with a French Restaurant for nearly 8 years. Saadat worked as Development Chef for Unilever Food Solutions, working on various elements like developing recipes, research & development on recipe mixes to name a few.[3]
Saadat has his own production house with the name of Chef Saadat Production through which he hosts & produces a range of cooking shows on different types of cuisine. For more than a decade he was Chef Presenter & producer on the cooking show ‘Riwayaton Ki Lazzat’ on ARY Zauq, a show remembered for its diversity, inclusiveness & delicious cuisine.[4]
He has been affiliated for a number of years with National Pakistan, presenting its long standing campaign of National ka Pakistan via which he toured through out the country, which was aimed at highlighting the essence & delight of Pakistani cuisine. Currently, he is the leading figure in National ka Pakistan campaign in various roles.
