History

Chelsea Gymnastics was founded by Doctor Stefan Kolimechkov in June 2022 in England, UK[5][1], and it is the successor of Stefan's sole trade gymnastics coaching business STK SPORT. Chelsea Gymnastics is the end product of Stefan's vast practical and academic experience of 20 years in the sport of gymnastics, publishing a number of peer-reviewed articles on the benefits of gymnastics[6], nutrition and body composition of Olympic gymnasts[7], stress in gymnastics[8], kinematic analyses of gymnastics exercises[9].
