Cheri Kempf

Cheri Kempf is the current Commissioner of National Professional Fastpitch (NPF), and has been so since 2007. Kempf has made tremendous strides in elevating the NPF to what it is today. Under her reign, the league has seen much growth with an increase in media exposure and sponsorships, and now includes franchised teams.

Background[edit]

Kempf received a Bachelor of Science at Missouri Western State University.

She also started Club K back in 1999, which is the largest training facility for the sport of softball.

Career Highlights[edit]

Kempf is a four-time National Champion and a three-time Hall of Fame Inductee. She was also on the winning team for the 1992 World Cup and was a team member for Team USA softball.
