Carr was born on January 1st, 1963 in Enid, Oklahoma.[2] He went to Enid High School for high school and went to University of Central Oklahoma and Northwestern Oklahoma State University for college.[2]
Career
on September 23rd, 1987, Carr was drafted to the Los Angeles Raiders. He played in 2 games with them.[3] The 2 opponents were the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos.[3] Carr also was released sometime in 1987.[2]
