The Chevrolet 454 SS is a high performance pickup truck from the 1990s rivaling the Ford F-150 SVT Lightning. The 454 SS was on sale through 1990-1993[1]. In 1990, they introduced a variant of the engine from the GMT400 platform under the Super Sport emblem called the 454 SS. It was only available as a RWD half ton truck.
