Chicha’s is a Hyderabadi restaurant established in 2016[1][2]. The restaurant’s main branch is located at Masab Tank, Hyderabad, India. The restaurant serves authentic Hyderabadi cuisine and it is famous for restoring several lost recipes of the Hyderabadi cuisine.
The Al fresco dining area is the centre of attraction with bright upholstery and artificial turf flooring. During day, the restaurant is mostly about dishes such as Biryani and a À la carte menu. During night, in addition to several types of Biriyani, it offers authentic hyderabadi Kebabs, Haleem, Pathar-ka-Gosht, Kheer, etc. It is open late in the night for clubbers. During Ramadan season, Chicha’s restaurant is open all night, and it offers several added specialities such as Malai Paya and Mutton Marag[3][4].

The restaurant was founded by three Hyderabad based friends Qutub Alam Khan, Fauzan Khan and Aamir Baig[1][5][6].
Restaurant Cuisine[edit]
The restaurant offers authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. Some famous Hyderabadi cuisine (dishes) that are served in the restaurant are Hyderabadi Biryani, Haleem, Pathar-ka-Gosht, Marag, Kheer, Mirchi ka Salan and Baghare Baigan[4][7].
