ChilappolDaivam (transl. Sometimes GOD) is a 2022 Indian Malayalam-language short film produced my MiM productions and directed by Vishnu Raj. The film stars Prayaga Martin and Nitin Prasanna and Mukesh in supporting roles. Nithin Lopez composed the film's original songs and background score.
Principal photography began on15 Jan 2022 in Kollam district and filming was concluded in 30 Jan 2022.
Premise[edit]
A young IT professional and an active social media buff ,Saira Mary leads a happy life while working from her well designed apartment. She has no clue what destiny has in store for her . A phone call at midnight opens up a new challenge for her , can she handle it ? This short film compares the pretty and colorful life of Saira with complex and dark world of another . Can anyone play God ? The film tries to highlight some of the issues related to social interactions and judgmental society.
