China Development Forum (English: China Development Forum) is a large-scale international forum at the national level of China.
History[edit]
Founded in 2000, it is sponsored by the Development Research Center of the State Council, a public institution directly under the State Council of the People's Republic of China , and undertaken by the China Development Research Foundation .[1]
It is scheduled to be held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse at the end of March every year . It is a platform for dialogue between the Chinese government and multinational corporations, leaders of international organizations and well-known scholars, aiming to strengthen communication between China and the world.
The 20th forum will be held from March 23 to 25, 2019. Vice Premier Han Zheng of the State Council of the People's Republic of China attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.[2]
