Chintya Candranaya is an Indonesian martial artist and actress[1] who gained notoriety through her YouTube channel.
She has claimed to perform many extraordinary feats that have been called in to question by the martial arts community.[2] [3] [4]
Claimed Feats of Strength[edit]
Through video demonstrations and interviews on social media, Chintya has claimed to have
- Smashed concrete pillars with kicks using her "iron shins"
- Smashed concrete pillars with punches using her "iron fists"
- Crushed durian fruit and brick underneath it with a punch* Broken bricks with chi
- Bent metal swords and held off charging attackers with chi
- Cracked flaming tiles with punches
- Broken lumber beams with high kicks
- Broken lumber beams with forearm blocks
- Smashed rocks with hand edge strikes
- Hammered nails in to wood with palm strikes
- Dodged bullets fired from a rifle
- Taken hard strikes to body and shins with a sledgehammer
