Chip Mong is Cambodian conglomerate with diversified businesses ranging from consumer goods, construction materials, real estate development, beer and beverages production, cement, hotel and hospitality, retail and banking.

In 1982, one family set up a small business to buy and sell construction scrap metal. Years later, the family was able to set up a company whose name is Chip Mong to import fine steel[1] from abroad to supply to Cambodia’s market.
In 1990, Chip Mong began importing cement and consumer goods[2] from neighboring countries to supply to the construction sector and retail market in Cambodia. Chip Mong has since become a local supplier of construction materials[3] and consumer products[4] in the country. Chip Mong has been transformed a conglomerates in Cambodia. Currently, Chip Mong[5] has 14 business portfolios covering many aspects of the investment in the country. [6]

Chip Mong is one of Cambodia's corporations, having been present for over four decades.[7] The company is doing business in production of beer and beverages,[8] construction materials, concrete, roof tiles and pipe, cement (5,000 tons per day),[9] consumer products, property development,[10] banking,[11] hospitality[12] and hotels, and retail[13].Chip Mong has been acknowledged as a local diversified company[14] with the development of three aspects such as business units (Chip Mong Trading, Chip Mong Industries,[15] Chip Mong Land,[16] Khmer Beverages,[17] Chip Mong Feed,[18] Chip Mong Retail,[19] Chip Mong Bank,[20] Grand Royal Golf and Resorts), joint-ventures (Crown Khmer Beverage, Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation, Chip Mong Rita) and projects (Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh[21] and Grand Phnom Penh City[22])
